Our History

ICR Denro Property Management Ltd. was established in 2001 by the merger of ICR Ashford Property Management (Regina) and Denro Property Management, both of which were long established Saskatchewan companies and leaders in the industry.

The combined strength of ICR Denro has enabled us to provide a level of service to our clients that surpass others in the marketplace. As a result, ICR Denro's property management portfolio has grown to over 2.1 million square feet of commercial property and 1700 residential units. These projects range from small apartment blocks and retail strip centers to major office towers and condominium developments.
